Mayor Mercer presented the attendance reports of the Planning Commission, the <br /> Park and Recreation Commission, and the Human Services Commission for the period <br /> July through December, 1981. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer presented the City Council agenda planning report for January, <br /> February and March. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Approval of Deferred DevelopRent Agreements for Lee S~mmis Compan~ and Robert. E. <br /> Frank <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 82:18) dated January 7, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br /> that Resolution No. 82-19, approving the Development Deferment Agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and the Lee Sammis Company, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br /> that Resolution No. 82-20, approving the Development Defermerit Agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Robert E. Frank, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ~OMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reminded Council of the Chamber of Commerce Installation Dinner <br /> to be held on January 16, 1982. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 12:15 A.M., to an Executive Session to <br /> discuss litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 12:30 A.M. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br /> that Resolution No. 82-21, authorizing the City Attorney to settle the case of <br /> City of Pleasanton v.
