CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-118 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-BUILDING COMPLEX LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 10.5 ACRES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF KOLL CENTER PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY 1,500 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF VALLEY AVENUE AND KOLL CENTER PARKWAY (PUD-S0-a-SD) WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design approval to construct a four-building, approximately 164,500 sq. ft. office complex to be located on an approximately 10.5 acre site located on the south side of Koll Center Parkway approximately 1,500 feet west of the intersection of Valley Avenue and Koll Center Parkway; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 15, 1988 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Bernal Avenue Associates for design approval for construction of a four-building, approximately 164,500 sq. ft. office complex on an approximately 10.5 acre site located on the south side of Koll Center Parkway approximately 1,500 feet west of the intersection of Valley Avenue and Koll Center Parkway, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
