CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-118 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-BUILDING <br /> COMPLEX LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 10.5 ACRES ON THE SOUTH <br /> SIDE OF KOLL CENTER PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY 1,500 FEET <br /> WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF VALLEY AVENUE AND KOLL <br /> CENTER PARKWAY (PUD-S0-a-SD) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design approval <br /> to construct a four-building, approximately 164,500 sq. <br /> ft. office complex to be located on an approximately <br /> 10.5 acre site located on the south side of Koll Center <br /> Parkway approximately 1,500 feet west of the <br /> intersection of Valley Avenue and Koll Center Parkway; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 15, 1988 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-80-2 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Bernal Avenue Associates <br /> for design approval for construction of a four-building, <br /> approximately 164,500 sq. ft. office complex on an <br /> approximately 10.5 acre site located on the south side <br /> of Koll Center Parkway approximately 1,500 feet west of <br /> the intersection of Valley Avenue and Koll Center <br /> Parkway, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit <br /> "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
