163 <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated that a date needs to be established for the meeting between <br /> City Council, Planning Commission, and the residents of the Mohr-Martin area to <br /> discuss further development of that area. After discussion, Council determined <br /> to schedule the meeting regarding the Mohr-Martin area on Monday, October 25, 1982, <br /> --- 7:30 P.M., and instructed staff to notify all affected residents. <br /> <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Mr. Leo Heckathorn, 4202 Stanley Blvd., asked why the meeting held on September <br /> 14, 1982, regarding affordable housing, was a closed meeting. Mayor Butler informed <br /> him that the meeting was open to the public and considerable neighborhood comment <br /> had been received. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 11:00 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br /> discuss pending litigation. <br /> <br />F~, Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 11:15 P.M. <br />~D ADJOURNMENT <br />C~ There being no further business at 11:20 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />[] Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br />~[ again in Regular Session on October 12, 1982, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council <br /> Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> S R.
