Continue to January 9, 1984, Adoption of Ordinance No. 1111, approving the appli- <br /> cation of Morrison Homes for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan <br /> approval for a 204 unit medium density residential development project proposed <br /> to be constructed at the northeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1112, the Hazardous Materials Storage Permit Ordinance. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1113, approving the application of the Prudential Insur- <br /> ance Company of America and Callahan-Pentz Properties for a Development Agreement <br /> for a 573 acre business park located on the east side of Hopyard Road between the <br /> Arroyo Mocho and a point approximately 1400 feet south of 1-580 and extending east <br /> to the tracks of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company. <br /> <br />g. Re-introduction of Ordinance No. 1105, approving the application of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to amend the provisions of Ordinance No. 1014 relating to traffic levels <br /> of service (LOS) and off-site traffic improvements for PUD-81-22 (Stoneridge Busi- <br /> ness Center). <br /> <br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-526, establishing Stop Signs on Calle Reynoso at <br /> Paseo Santa Cruz, and on Calle Reynoso at Hansen Drive. <br /> <br />i. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-527, approving the precise alignment of Pimlico <br /> Drive between Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive, as shown as Parcel 4 on re- <br /> corded Parcel Map 4137. <br /> <br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-528, approving agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc., for the study and evaluation of <br /> water needs for the East Pleasanton area, authorizing execution of the agreement <br /> by the appropriate city officials, and directing staff to administer the agree- <br /> ment and coordinate the work with the consultant. <br /> <br />k. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-529, approving the Pacific Gas and Electric Electric <br /> Agreement for Assessment District 1982-5, Fromm Business Park, and authorizing <br /> execution of the Agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br />1.
