<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that
<br />Resolution No. 83-275, after finding that the alignment of Del Valle Parkway as shown
<br />on Exhibit A of Staff Report 83:263 is in substantial conformance to the General Plan,
<br />approve the agreement for street improvements and right-of-way for Del Valle Parkway
<br />from the north end of the Pico Avenue Bridge to the easterly boundary of Tract 4401,
<br />between Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach and the City of Pleasanton, and
<br />authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials, be adopted.

<br />Report on Advance Work Necessary for North Pleasanton Water Assessment District
<br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 83:259) dated July 7, 1983, regarding this

<br /> Mr. MacDonald advised that the offer by Prudential Insurance Company to advance
<br />funding for Foothill Reservoir Phase II and Phase III engineering, would be considered
<br />at the meeting of July 26, 1983.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that
<br />Resolution No. 83-276, approving the proposal dated July 6, 1983, by Camp Dresser and
<br />McKee, Inc., for Phase II and Phase III work for the Foothill Reservoir, and authoriz-
<br />ing execution of the contract by the appropriate city officials, be adopted.

<br />the City of Pleasanton for a period of one year, and authorizing execution of the
