337 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Ordinance No. 1087, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone approximately one acre <br />immediately to the west of the Vineyard Villa Mobile Home Park between Vineyard Avenue <br />and the Arroyo Del Valle to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) High Density Residen- <br />tial District and to prezone approximately one acre immediately west of the extension <br />of rico (Vineyard) Avenue and immediately south of the Arroyo Del Valle to the <br />R-1-6500 District, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Applica!Aon of the City of Pleasanton to amend the provisions of. Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton with regard to churches and similar <br />facilfties and their loc~tion in industrial and other zoning districts as condi- <br />tional uses <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:191) dated May 16, 1983, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert Bolt, 6225 Robin Court, pastor, stated his congregation has been meet- <br />ing in the Fairgrounds Cafeteria for their church services but due to the upcoming <br />Fair they will not be allowed to meet there any more.
