Adoption of Ordinance No. 1162, approving RZ-84-10, application of the Planning <br /> Commission to amend certain sections of the Zoning Code as they pertain to tem- <br /> porary signs adjacent to freeways. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-533, approving the Tri-Valley Running Club's Marathon <br /> Run application for event on December 8, 1984; amending the 1984-85 budget to in- <br /> clude the costs incurred by the City for this event; and requiring the sponsor to <br /> comply with conditions set forth in Section III of Staff Report 84:555. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-534, after review of bids, award contract for Vineyard <br /> Avenue storm drainage improvements, Project No. 84-20, to Trutner Corporation, in <br /> the amount of $69,731.00, and appropriating an additional $8,354.00 to cover this <br /> contract; and authorizing execution of the contract by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-535, accepting deed from John and Joan M. Caroline <br /> for storm drainage improvement purposes, and authorizing the City Attorney to pre- <br /> pare a Certificate of Acceptance in order that said documents can be recorded. <br /> <br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-536, accepting deed from Chris and Glenda M. Beratlis <br /> for Crellin Road right-of-way purposes, and authorizing the City Attorney to take <br /> the steps necessary to finalize the transaction. <br /> <br /> 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-537, extending the time of completion for the sub- <br /> division improvement agreement with Ponderosa Homes for Tracts 4986, 5160, 5161, <br /> and 5162 until September 13, 1985. <br /> <br /> m. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-538, approving Program Supplement No. 32 to Local <br /> Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvements, for the Greenwood <br /> Road and Valley Avenue signalization. <br /> <br /> n. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-539, after review of bids for award of contract for <br /> Project No. 84-16, Installation of Automatic Irrigation at various locations, re- <br /> ject all bids and direct staff to re-evaluate and revise the project for re-bidding <br /> of the project at a future date. <br /> <br /> o. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-540, approving agreement with AKA, Inc., for design <br /> of construction documents for Oakhill Park and Moller Park, and authorizing execu- <br /> tion of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> p. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-541, approving agreements with Land Use for design <br /> of the remainder of Amador Community Park and the Master Planning of McKinley Park <br /> and the Unnamed Park at Tawny and Berna! Avenue, and authorizing execution of the <br /> agreements by the appropriate city officials. Mayor Mercer voted NO on the Master <br /> Planning of the Unnamed Park at Tawny and Bernal Avenue, because this land has not <br /> yet been annexed to the City. <br /> <br /> q. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-542, prohibiting parking on the south side of Commerce <br /> Citcle 30 feet either side of the westerly drive of 7034 Commerce Circle. <br /> <br /> r.
