Neal Street, representing the applicant, stated <br /> that initially this general plan amendment had been opposed by Falcon Development <br /> Company but after a review of the development plans they have submitted a letter <br /> in support of the application. He stated that at the Planning Commission meeting <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Bob Grove expressed opposition to the application because of traffic <br /> and parking concerns. He stated he has since met with Mr. and Mrs. Grove and now <br /> they are not opposed to the project.
