Mayor Mercer advised he had received a communication from PT&T this date request- ing that this matter be continued to allow for further review. He also presented letters from Kaiser Aluminum, Kaiser Permanente, Safeway Stores, Inc., and Pleasanton Convalescent Hospital - all in opposition to the proposed ordinance. Mr. Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, stated he supports this ordinance and that it is necessary for quality growth in Pleasanton. Ms. Carol Frazier-Middleton, Transportation Manager for Hacienda Business Park, stated she supports the ordinance. Ms. Susan Diamond,Attorney representing Hacienda Business Park, stated she supports the TSM ordinance and requested that it be acted upon as soon as possible. After discussion, Mayor Mercer instructed staff to schedule a meeting with every- one who will be affected by this ordinance to discuss the details of the proposed ordinance, then prepare a report for further review by Council. COMMUNICATIONS There were no communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 11:25 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, labor relations, and personnel. Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 12:30 A.M. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 12:35 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on June 26, 1984, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
