Adoption of Resolution No. 84-123, approving amendment to Alameda County Training <br /> and Employment Board/Associated Community Action Program (ACTEB/ACAP) Joint Powers <br /> Agreement, which would update language and make specific reference to the Job <br /> Training Partnership Act (JTPA) and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) as the <br /> Agency's primary funding sources; including all member governments as official <br /> signatories to the JPA; specifically addressing the issue of member government <br /> liability for ACTEB activities; combining the current separate ACTEB and ACAP <br /> JPA~s into one consolidated agreement which more accurately reflects the fact that <br /> this is one, not two agencies; and authorizing execution of the amendment to the <br /> agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> m.
