Applicatiop of the City of Pleasanton to modify the provisions of Ordinance No. 928~ <br />limiting the uses allowed at the "Valley Business Park" located in the vicinity of <br />.Quarry Lane south of Valley Avenue to allow churches and similar religious and meet- <br />ing facilities in existing structures within the project subject to the review and <br />~pproval procedures of the City. Zoning for the subject property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) Industrial District <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 84:42) dated January 16, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Randy Boldt, Pastor of Zion FellowshiplChurch, urged Council to approve the <br />zoning amendment. He stated his congregation has looked at several locations and the <br />site in the Valley Business Park best suits their needs relative to location and avail- <br />ability of parking.
