<br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1197 was introduced on May 7, 1985,
<br /> by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the
<br /> ordinance.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr,
<br /> that Ordinance No. 1197, approval of PUD-85-5, application of SJD Investments
<br /> for Planned Unit Development Plan approval to construct a four-story office
<br /> building on an approximately 2.8 acre site located at 7090 Johnson Drive, be
<br /> adopted.
