CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-112 ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC SERVICE AND SLOPE EASEMENT ON FOOTHILL ROAD FROM LEON H. GARTUNG, JAMES W. DALY AND CAROLYN M. DALY WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a deed from Leon H. Gartung, an unmarried man, and James W. Daly and Carolyn M. Daly, husband and wife, to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, for purposes of road right-of-way for Parcel A, Parcel Map 3306; and WHEREAS, the City is also in receipt of an Offer of Dedication of Fee Title, Public Service Easement and Slope Easement for Road Right-of-Way on Foothill Road from Leon H. Gartung to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 15, 1988, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities (SR 88:121) indicating that the acceptance of this deed and offer of dedication is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Offer of Dedication of Fee Title, Public Service Easement and Slope Easement for Road Right-of-Way on Foothill Road from Leon H. Gartung to the City of Pleasanton is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 2: The Grant Deed of Fee Title and Public Service Easement for Road Right-of-Way for Parcel A, PM 3306 from Leon H. Gartung, an unmarried man, and James W. Daly and Carolyn M. Daly, husband and wife, is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
