He <br />advised that custom homes will be constructed on the property <br /> <br />Mr. Al Lombardo, 7608 Highland Oaks Drive, expressed concern regarding <br />aesthetic impact of the buildings on the existing surroundings. <br /> <br />There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br />closed on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 85-245, determining on the basis of a review of initial <br />environmental study done for this project, that no significant environmental <br />impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative <br />declaration is appropriate in connection with RZ-85-10, application of Harold <br />and Marcia Gregerson and Gregory Smith to rezone an approximately 2.0 acre <br />site located at 4943 Foothill Road from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) District, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br />ler, that Ordinance No. 1198, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof, approving RZ-85-10, application of Harold and Marcia Greger- <br />son and Gregory Smith to rezone an approximately 2.0 acre site located at 4943 <br />Foothill Road from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />RZ-85-9, Application of Anthony Vasallo to rezone an approximately 1.96 acre <br />site located at 2884 Foothill Road from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-I- <br /> <br />- 12 - <br /> <br />5-7-85 <br />
