He stated he did not <br /> want the City to be tied up in long term agreements with projects <br /> that will not be started in 1985. He advised he did not have any <br /> problem with the three projects indicated in the City Manager <br /> report for 1985 approvals (Mike Valley, Tawny/Dunkley, and EVH). <br /> He stated he would like to see what can be brought back in either <br /> having the 1985 total equal 100 or changing the 100 units that <br /> Council has previously allocated. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr stated there are a number of unknowns but <br /> she would like more from the developers. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes stated that with negotiations narrowed to <br /> the three projects mentioned the Council Subcommittee could get <br /> down to hard negotiations. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> There were no reports of the City Attorney presented at this <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the infor- <br /> mation of the Council. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting to an Executive Ses- <br /> sion at 10:45 P.M., to discuss pending litigation. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 10:50 P.M. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:00 P.M., it was moved <br /> by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br /> the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on May <br /> 7, 1985, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />/~S R.
