COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Letter from City of Dublin, Re: Pleasanton Housing Authority Board <br /> Mayor Mercer presented a letter from the City of Dublin dated March 14, 1985, <br /> requesting the City Council of Pleasanton to modify the bylaws of the Pleasanton <br /> Housing Authority to provide that three representatives from the City of Dublin be <br /> appointed to the Housing Authority's Board of Directors. <br /> Councilmember Wood asked for a three week continuance of this matter to allow <br /> him and Councilmember Mohr to have additional meetings, and then report back to <br /> Council on the issue. Council concurred. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:20 P.M., to dis- <br /> cuss labor relations and pending litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 11:50 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer and Vice Mayor Brandes made a report to the Council on the status <br /> of the long term agreement negotiations. Vice Mayor Brandes stated that they had met <br /> with all applicants for long term agreement that had'applied, except EVH Partnership, <br /> and that they should schedule a meeting with their representatives. Mayor Mercer <br /> stated the Committee would continue deliberations. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:05 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br /> Regular Session on April 2, 1985, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />E~f'R.
