No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Ordinance Changing Project Size Eligible for Long Term Agreements from 100 Units <br />Minimum to 50 Units Minimum <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 85:82) dated February 7, 1985, regarding <br />this matter. He stated that since preparation of this report he has determined that <br />50 units is not specifically limited under ordinance, therefore would like to amend <br />the language of Section 2-20.05 (a)(1)(i) to read: "Contain a minimum of 100 units or <br />such smaller number as City Council may determine to be appropriate". <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1183, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />amending Section 2-20.15(a)(1)(i) regarding minimum units for long term agreements <br />as follows: "Contain a minimum of 100 units or such smaller number as City Council <br /> <br /> 12. 2/12/85 <br /> <br /> <br />
