REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Consideration of Ordinance Providing for Vesting of Tenttive Maps Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 85:569) dated November 14, 1985, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember But- ler, that Ordinance No. 1233, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, implementing the "Vesting Tentative Map" provisions of the State Subdivision Map Act by the addition of procedures to the Pleasanton Municipal Code, be introduced.
