Staff explained that no action is being taken tonight on this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public hear- <br />ing closed on this item. <br /> <br /> It was.moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />to continue consideration of the North Pleasanton Improvement District until <br />the filing of a new Engineer's Report. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 10:15 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 10:25 p.m. <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1230, Approval of PUD-85-17, Application of Callahan <br />Pentz Properties for development plan approval to allow the construction of a <br />412 unit apartment complex on an approximately 16 acre site located on the <br />north side of Andrews Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Old Santa <br />Rita Road <br />(Intro. 11-5-85, 4-Ayes, 1-No) <br /> Mayor Brandes stated that Ordinance No. 1230 was introduced on November 5, <br />1985, by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-No, and that it was now in order to adopt the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Ordinance No. 1230, approval of PUD-85-17, application of Callahan Pentz <br />Properties for development plan approval to allow the construction of a 412 <br />unit apartment complex on an approximately 16 acre site located on the north <br />side of Andrews Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Old Santa Rita <br />Road, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> Mayor Brandes stated that a request has been received from the City of <br />Livermore, asking for City of Pleasanton support of their opposition to the <br />Branaugh Mining Permit No. 18, which was approved by the Alameda County Plan- <br />ning Department and is to be considered by the Board of Supervisors on Novem- <br />ber 21, 1985. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Wood, to support the City of Livermore's appeal of the Alameda <br />County Planning Commission's approval of Surface Mining Permit No. 18, and to <br />so advise the Board of Supervisors of this position. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> - 11 - 11-19-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
