EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:25 p.m., <br />to discuss acquisition of Corporation Yard property, personnel, and Valley <br />Avenue extension. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 12:15 a.m. <br /> <br />Contract for Leqal Assistance <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 85-453, authorizing the City Attorney to contract with <br />Joyce Hiyama Glatt for legal assistance for transfer of Arroyo Vista Housing <br />Project to the City of Dublin, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:20 a.m., it was moved by Councilmem- <br />ber Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that the meeting be adjourned <br />to meet again in Regular Session on October 1, 1985, 8:00 p.m., in the <br />Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />JAMES R.
