CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the Ctty Counctl Calendar for the Information of the Council. Mr. Walker advise that eight applications have been received thusfar for consideration as alternate member on the Planning Commission; the closing date is April 18, 1986. He asked when Council would like to schedule interviews for the candidates. After discussien, Council set April 28, 1986, starting at 7:00 p.m., for interviews of the candidates for alternate member on the Plan- ning Commission. Mr. Walker that only one application has been received on consideration as Kottinger Place representative on the Housing Authority Commission. Mr. Walker advised that Debra Hunt is interested in being reappointed as Arroyo Vista representative on the Housing Authority Commission. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:30 p.m., to discuss the Ralls case, labor relations, and personnel. Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 11:55 p.m. 0') PCEA Memorandum of Understanding ~ It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, Iml that Resolution No. 86-174, approving the Pleasanton City Employees Associa- tion Memorandum of Understanding for the period Harch 1, 1986 through February m 28, 1987, be adopted. <:3[ The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Hohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Mercer ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 12:00 midnight, it was moved by Coun- cilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be ad- journed to meet again in Interview Session on April 28, 1986, 7:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
