MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> FEBRUARY 4, 1986 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Frank C. Brandes, Jr., called the Regular Meeting of the City Coun- <br />cil to order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes were pres- <br />ent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Swift, Di- <br />rector of Planning and Community Development, and Mr. Okamura, Acting Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker advised that item 4j - Approval of Plans and Acceptance of Sub- <br />division Agreement from Braddock and Logan for Development of their Civic <br />Square Apartment Project, will be continued to the meeting of February 18, <br />1986, at the request of staff. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised there would be an Executive Session held at the conclu- <br />sion of this meeting to discuss labor relations and land acquisition. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br />be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for January 21, 1986. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1241, approval of PUD-85-13, application of <br /> Pamela Antrim for rezoning from RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) to the <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District and <br /> development plan approval to construct a ten-unit apartment complex on an <br /> approximately 0.48 acre site located on the southwest corner of Peters <br /> Avenue and West Angela Street. <br /> <br />c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1242, approval of PUD-85-20, application of <br /> George Marment for rezoning from "0" (Office) to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-High Density Residential District and development plan ap- <br /> proval to construct a two-story, twelve-unit apartment complex on a 0.5 <br /> acre site located on the west side of Peters Avenue between West Angela <br /> Street and Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-37, approval of Assignment of Long Term <br /> Agreement from Ponderosa Homes to K & H Partners; and authorizing execu- <br /> tion of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br />e. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-38, denying the claim of David L. Clabaugh <br /> for damages when the motorcycle he was riding ran into loose gravel and <br /> <br /> - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
