Mayor Brandes requested that item 4o Approval of Recommendation to <br /> Restrict Outdoor Motor Boat Races in Shadow Cliffs Regional Recreation Area, <br /> be removed from the Consent Calendar and moved to item 129 on the agenda, to <br /> allow for discussion. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br /> be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 6-3-86. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1257, approval of PUD-80-2-2M, application of <br /> Bernal Avenue Associates and the Koll Company for a major modification to <br /> an approved rezoning and development plan for a business park, including <br /> changes to development standards, landscaping, and design guidelines to be <br /> located on an approximately 99 acre site, located generally in the area <br /> bounded by Bernal Avenue, Interstate 680, the Arroyo del Valle, and Valley <br /> Avenue. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-264, denying the claim of V. Lea Sasak in <br /> the sum of $500,000 for damages incurred during a search and arrest at her <br /> residence on Longview Drive; and referring this matter to the City Attor- <br /> ney for further handling. <br /> <br />LI.J d. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-265, denying the claim of Kenneth P. Stor- <br />m mont for tire damage incurred on May 11, 1986; and referring this matter <br />~ to the City Attorney for further handling. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-266, denying the claim filed by State Farm <br /> Insurance for damages to their insured's (Doggett) car in the sum of <br /> $2,479.11 for damages incurred when Mr. Doggett was involved in an auto- <br /> movile accident with a school bus; and referring this matter to the City <br /> Attorney for further handling. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-267, denying the claim filed by Pamela John- <br /> son, individually and as the guardian of Tracee Johnson, in the sum of <br /> $510,000, arising from a police search on March 22, 1986 at which time <br /> Tracee Johnson was accidentally struck by a door; and referring this mat- <br /> ter to the City Attorney for further handling. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-268, approval of Subordination Agreement <br /> with Trammell Crow Company; and authorizing execution of the agreement by <br /> the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> h. Proclaim June 15-21, 1986, as Safety in the Workplace Week in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-269, authorizing execution of the final cer- <br /> tificate of cancellation for lands given tentative cancellation commonly <br /> known as Lund Ranch and Kottinger Ranch. <br /> <br /> j.Adoption of Resolution No. 86-270, acceptance of Grant of Easement from <br /> Sente Associates for development of their property at 450 Main Street. <br /> <br /> 2 - 6-17-86 <br /> <br /> <br />
