Adoption of Resolution No. 86-242, approval of agreement with TJKM, Inc., for design of the traffic signal on Stanley Boulevard, First Street and Sunol Boulevard; authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials; and amending the Capital Improvement Budget and allocating $15,000.00 for the Stanley Boulevard/First Street/Sunol Boulevard inter- connect, to cover the cost of the consultant services for this project. j. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-243, accepting public improvements for Sports Park Phase IVB - Project No. 85-18; authorizing filing of the Notice of Completion; and approving final payment to Steiny & Company, Inc., of $50.39 and retention of ten percent of the final contract cost ($33,110.90) until thirty days after filing of the Notice of Completion k.
