Brandes, Jr., called the Special Meeting of the City Coun- <br /> cil to order at 5:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br /> lows: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes were pres- <br /> ent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, and Mr. Okamura, <br /> Acting Director of Public Works and Utilities, were present. Mr. Brunsell, <br /> Bond Counsel, was also present. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Cr) Refunding of Koll Center (formerly Fromm Business Park , Assessment District <br />0') No. 1982-5 <br /> Mr. Walker presented the report of the Director of Finance (SR 86:162) <br />· =~ dated May 1, 1986, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br /> that the following resolutions be adopted in connection with Koll Center <br /> Refunding District No. 1986-6: <br /> <br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 86-177, approving Agreement for Legal Services. <br /> <br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 86-178, approving Agreement for Engineering <br /> Services. <br /> <br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 86-179, Resolution of Intention to conduct re- <br /> assessment proceedings pursuant to the Refunding Act of 1984 for 1915 Im- <br /> provement Act bonds, without notice or hearing, and to authorize issuance <br /> of refunding bonds. <br /> <br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 86-180, approving Reassessment Report and con- <br /> firming reassessments. <br /> <br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 86-181, authorizing issuance of refunding bonds <br /> pursuant to the Refunding Act of 1984 for 1915 Improvement Act bonds. <br /> <br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 86-182, ordering sale of bonds. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS . <br /> Valley Business Park No. 2, Assessment District No. 1986-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
