Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. -- Mr. Bob Ferreri, owner, stated he concurs with the staff report. Councilmember Mohr stated when this property was considered by Council several years back there was a problem with acceleration and deceleration lanes; she asked if this was still a problem. Mr. Ferreri advised that trucks will turn around at the back of the lot and thus eliminate any problem. No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the item. There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed.
