287 <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember But- <br /> ler, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended <br /> thereto, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for November 18, 1986. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-547, approval of Claims for the month of <br /> October, 1986 in the amount of $3,949,601.98. <br /> <br /> c. Proclaim December 20, 1986 as Holiday Project Day in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1285, approval of PUD-86-14, application of <br /> Joseph Madden and Southern Pacific Transportation Company for rezoning to <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices District for an ap- <br /> proximately 7.6 acre site, the previous 100 foot width railroad right-of- <br /> way located immediately north of and parallel to Stanley Boulevard, <br /> between Stanley Boulevard/First Street and a point approximately 3,350 <br /> feet northeasterly of that intersection. <br /> <br /> e. Move to item lOd - Adoption of Ordinance No. 1288, Approval of RZ-86-11, <br />[.(-) Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone the Ferreri property to <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential; the Westbrook, <br />(XJ Church of Christ, Styles and Lester parcels to Agriculture; and Panganiban <br />(XJ parcel to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential and <br />~ Public Health and Safety; and the Kolb parcels to R-1-20, located on both <br />I'f'l sides of Old Dublin Canyon Road, generally in the area approximately 4,800 <br />~ feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-548, approving lease agreement provided by <br /> Haselbach Surveying Instruments through Circle Business Credit for new <br /> surveying equipment; and authorizing execution of the agreement by the <br /> City Manager. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-549, acceptance of Tract 4805, Sunrise Villa <br /> · - (10 single family residences) on Bernal Avenue for Manning Enterprises; <br /> and authorizing the City Attorney to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-550, approval and acceptance of Tract 5352 <br /> for condominium purposes, 39 California Avenue for Northwood Homes, Inc; <br /> and authorizing the City Attorney to file for recordation of the tract <br /> map. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-551, approval of consultant agreement with <br /> AKA, Inc., for the master planning and design of Pleasanton Sports and <br /> Recreation Park, Phase V; and authorizing execution of the agreement by <br /> the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-552, approval of consultant agreement with <br /> John Nicol, Landscape Architect, to provide design and construction docu- <br /> ments for the Kottinger Park Memorial; authorizing execution of the agree- <br /> ment by the appropriate city officials; and amending the existing budget <br /> of $10,000.00 and appropriate an additional $30,000.00 from the park capi- <br /> tal improvement fund. <br /> <br /> 2 12-2-86 <br /> <br /> <br />
