Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:00 p.m. Boy Scout Troup 911 led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer were present. <br />Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Elliott, Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development, and Mr. Smith, Director of Inspection Services, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be removed from the agenda: <br /> <br />item 4m - Acceptance of Public Improvements for Tracts 5062 and 5297, <br /> Pleasanton Meadows Homestead <br /> <br />item 5b - Encroachment Permit to Bob Byrd to Construct a Drainage Structure <br /> at the Southern Terminus of San Antonio Street for the Purpose of <br /> Diverting Drainage Overflow to San Antonio Street <br /> <br />item 12a - Request for Annexation Sycamore Road (Daggett) <br /> <br />item 12b - Revision to Chapter 13, Pleasanton Muncipal Code Encroachments <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated tha~ he has received requests to continue the following <br />items: <br /> <br />item 9g PUD-81-30-3~(, Application of the Martin Company and the Prudential <br /> Insurance Company of America for design review approval to <br /> construct an approximately 258,300 square foot, five-building <br /> multi-tenant office complex, to be located on an approximately <br /> 18.7 acre site, located generally in the area south of Stoneridge <br /> Drive, east of Willow Road, and west of Hacienda Drive <br /> <br />item lOe Adoption of Ordinance No. 1284, Modification to Fire Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised there would be an Executive Session held at the conclu- <br />sion of this meeting to discuss the Barbara Ross Case, Right-of-Way Acquisi- <br />tion, and Labor Relations Management Compensation. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that the following items listed on the consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br />be approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
