<br />declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-86-13, application of
<br />Castlewood Properties for rezoning from the "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD
<br />(Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District and development'
<br />plan approval for a 12 parcel single-family residential development, to be
<br />located on an approximately 5.2 acre site, located generally in the area north
<br />of Mission Hills Park, be adopted.

<br />thereof, approving PUD-86-13, application of Castlewood Properties for rezon-
<br />ing from the "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-medium
<br />density residential district and development plan approval for a 12 parcel
<br />single-family residential development, to be located on an approximately 5.2
<br />acre site, located generally in the area north of Mission Hills Park, subject
<br />to conditions set forth by Planning Commission in Staff Report 86:409, with
<br />Condition No. 7 as modified, be introduced.
