167 <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that all the lands above 670 feet elevation to the top of the Pleasanton Ridge <br />and continuing to Palomares Canyon excepting those areas that already have an <br />approved PUD, be ~laced in a study district, including the East Bay Regional <br />Park District property. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes ~ <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />to retain the PUD density bonus as set forth in the present general plan, and <br />including public improvements as part of the gross acreage, such as arroyos, <br />etc. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that the TMI property be zoned specific plan. <br />The roll call vote was as follows-: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Program 10.3 relating to sewage capacity be revised to read "Set aside <br />approximately 660,000 gallons per day of sewage capacity to service projected <br />residential growth from 1987-1991", as recommended by staff. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that the Moller property on Foothill Road be included in the Study District. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that all other recommendations by staff pertaining to the Land Use Element as <br />set forth in Staff Report 86:404, be approved. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 10:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 10:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Circulation <br /> <br /> - 12 9-16-86 <br /> <br /> <br />
