261 <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 87:299) dated July 7, 1987, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the continued public hearing Open on the item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ralph Romero, 2810 Foothill Road, stated the application is consistent <br /> with the balance of lots in Foxborough. He advised that Council has already <br /> approved a modification from 39 lots to 48 lots, and as of today 23 lots have <br /> closed escrow. He stated that all 23 owners have been contacted and are in <br /> favor of his application. He advised the remaining 25 lots are owned by HSC, <br /> who support the application.
