Executive Session: Consideration of Redeker Case <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that it is deemed necessary to add the above two items to the agenda for con- <br />sideration by Council; and to continue the three public hearings as requested <br />by the applicants. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer ~ <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> Because of the number of the people in the audience for the consideration <br />of item 12d - Review of Pleasanton Senior Center Program of Building Require- <br />ments, Council determined to move this item to be heard after item 5g on the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br />be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 6-16-87. <br /> <br />b. Proclaim October 18-24, 1987 as East Bay Business Women's Week. <br /> <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1317, Approval of RZ-87-3, application of Public <br />Storage, Inc./Southern Pacific Transportation Company to rezone an ap- <br />proximately 1.47 and 4.2 acre sites to the I-P (Industrial Park) District, <br />located at the northwest and northeast corners of the intersection of Val- <br />ley Avenue (extension} and Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1318, approval of PUD-87-8, application of Kris- <br />ten Lamb for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan ap- <br />proval for a six-parcel, single-family residential development on an ap- <br />proximately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill Road. <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 87-274, approval of proposals submitted by Gie- <br />low and Davis CPA's for preparation of the 1986-87 audits for fees not to <br />exceed $30,500, and authorizing the City Manager to execute these <br />proposals. <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 87-275, approval of Subdivision Agreement, im- <br />provement plans and final map for Tract 5711, Rosepark (Standard Pacific); <br />and authorizing execution of the Subdivision Agreement by the appropriate <br />city officials. <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 87-276, acceptance of Tract 5359, Danbury Park, <br />Unit II, south of Morganfield Road and East of Santa Rita Road Morrison <br />Homes; and authorizing the City Attorney to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />ho <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 87-277, acceptance of Tract 5244, Danbury Park, <br />Unit I, north of Valley Avenue and East of Santa Rita Road - Morrison <br />Homes; and authorizing the City Attorney to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />i.
