Open from 6-16-87) <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 87:285) dated July 1, 1987, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the continued public hearing open on the application <br />and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Rubnitz, 1925 S. Winchester, Campbell, representing B-W Construc- <br />tion Company, stated the application has zoning and general plan approval as <br />well as staff and Planning Commission. He advised that no surrounding home- <br />owners are in opposition to the project. He presented architectural displays <br />of the proposed development.
