219 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> April 5, 1988 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br /> City Council to order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of <br /> Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br />-- Recording Secretary, Terry Birkenfeld called the roll which <br /> is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, <br /> Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were present. Mr. Walker, City <br /> Manager; Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney; Mr. Swift, Director of <br /> Planning and Community Development; Mr. Elliott, Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities; Mr. Leach, Assistant Director of <br /> Public Works; Mr. Hill, Fire Chief, and Dave Bolin, Associate <br /> Civil Engineer, were present. <br /> <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following item be added to <br /> the agenda: <br /> <br /> item 6g: Further discussions regarding Livermore Airport <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following item be continued <br /> to the meeting of April 19, 1988: <br /> <br /> item 9h: Application of the City of Pleasanton for adoption of <br /> Plans and Policies relating to the TMI Specific Plan <br /> Area, an approximately 155 acre site located generally <br /> east of Foothill Road, north of Bernal Avenue, and west <br /> of Interstate 1-680 <br /> <br />-- Mr. Walker requested an executive session regarding <br /> litigation on the Redeker case. In order to add this to the <br /> agenda, this requires a 4/5 vote of City Council. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wilson, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Brandes, to have an executive session regarding <br /> the ReOeker case. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
