Adoption of Resolution No. 88-109, approval of agreement for <br /> architectural/engineering services for final design of the Operations Ser- <br /> vice Center (CIP No. 86-43) with Ruth and Going, Inc; authorizing execu- <br /> tion of said agreement by the Mayor; and appropriating $501,236 from the <br /> Capital Improvement Fund to pay for these services as provided for in the <br /> 1987-88 CIP budget with said funds to be reimbursed upon receipt of bond <br /> proceeds. <br /> <br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-110, acceptance of public improvements for <br /> Tract 5333, Vineyard Terrace - Castle Construction; and authorizing the <br /> City Attorney to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> 1.
