CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- member Butler, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved: a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 1-5-88. b. Continue until after installation of stop signs at Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue, Adoption of Ordinance No. 1350, Ap- proval of RZ-87-11, Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 10.8 acre site located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard immediately west of Shadow Cliffs Regional Park to the CS (Commercial Service) District. c. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-19, approval of Maintenance Agreement regarding Lot 12, Tract 4373, with Jimmy and Doro- thy Bradley, to maintain storm drainage improvements; and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. d. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-20, approval of Action Plan to relieve neighborhood problems associated with organized sport use of Harvest Park Middle School fields, as set forth in Staff Report 88:35. e. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-21, approval of agreement transferring ownership of the Amador Theater from Amador Joint Union High School District to the City of Pleasanton; and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. f. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-22, approval of final map, im- provement plans, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5808, the Diamond Collection - Diamond Properties; and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. g. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-23, approval of emergency con- struction of the Police Station computer room addition pur- suant to the Public Contract Code Section 20168; and au- thorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Dar-Nel Construction for construction of the Police Facility computer room addition and take other actions as necessary to bring about the completion of the project. h. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-24, acceptance of Grant of Easement Deed from J. F. Shea Company, Inc., for widening an existing easement through Lots 12 and 16 of Tract 5680; au- thorizing the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Ac- ceptance of Real Property; and authorizing the Grant of Ease- ment to be recorded with the Alameda County Recorder. i. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-25, acceptance of Grant of Easement Deed from Frank Auf der Maur, et al, for Sanitary Sewer at Stanley Boulevard and California Avenue; authorizing the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of - 2 - 1-19-88
