CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-103 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEED FROM THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION <br /> DISTRICT - ZONE 7 FOR SENIOR HOUSING STORM DRAIN PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Senior Housing Storm Drainage Project is near <br /> completion and Zone 7 has agreed to maintain the <br /> drainage area provided the City grants the property to <br /> Zone 7 in fee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 15, 1988, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Assistant City Attorney <br /> (SR 88:95) regarding the above transaction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the Mayor to execute a deed from the City <br /> of Pleasanton to Alameda County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District - Zone 7 for the property <br /> described in the attached exhibit. <br /> <br />Section 2: The appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said transaction. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 15, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~/L~ <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
