Adoption of Resolution No. 88-376, authorizing the Aquatic <br /> Center season be extended from October 10, 1988 to October <br /> 28, 1988, and from February 6, 1989 to March 17, 1989, <br /> subject to the Seahawks entering into an agreement acceptable <br /> to the City for use of the Aquatic Center for the two time <br /> periods for the sum of $5,000. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes and Mayor Mercer on item 4i <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> Mr. A1 Lucas presented a petition with enough signatures to <br />have Marigold Court included in the resolution establishing <br />residential permit parking zones. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mohr, to amend the above motion to include Marigold <br />Court in the resolution establishing the boundaries for the two <br />parking zones (item 4j). <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> -4 - <br /> <br /> 8-2-88 <br /> <br /> <br />
