Approval of City Council Minutes for 7-19-88. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim September 17, 1988 as "Staying Alive '88" <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1375, amending Chapter 11.20 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding speed limits on various <br /> streets. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1376, amending the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code to add a new Chapter 11.38, residential permit <br /> parking zones. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-356, vacation of Washington <br /> Street right-of-way and reserving the lack of abutter's right <br /> to and from Stanley Boulevard; and also reserving a public <br /> service easement over the same parcel. <br /> <br />f. Move to item 12b on the agenda - Certification of Petition <br /> regarding a Planned Unit Development at Santa Rita Road and <br /> Pimlico Drive. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-357, approval of amendments to <br /> Hacienda Business Park Owners Association - Phase II. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-359, denying the Claim of Ella <br /> Hankton in the sum of $30,000 for alleged injuries when she <br /> slipped in a puddle of water near a booth at the Alameda <br /> County Fairgrounds on July 4, 1988. <br /> <br />i. Introduction of Ordinance No. 1378, to be read by title only <br /> and waiving further reading thereof, amending Chapter 17.36, <br /> Growth Management, to comply with present growth management <br /> allocations. Councilmember Brandes and Mayor Mercer voted No <br /> on this item. <br /> <br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-360, establishing the specific <br /> boundaries for two permit parking zones. <br /> <br />k.
