MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> July 29, 1988 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Executive Session of the <br />City Council to order at 1:00 p.m., in the City Manager's Con- <br />ference Room at 123 Main Street. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, <br />Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were present. Mr. Walker, <br />City Manager, and Mr. Miller, Director of Personnel were present <br />at the discussion of labor relations for PCEA. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Interviews for City Attorney <br /> Mayor Mercer and members of the City Council interviewed <br />five candidates for the position of City Attorney with the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Labor Relations - Consideration of Agreement with PCEA <br /> Mayor Mercer and members of the City Council discussed the <br />progress of labor relations for PCEA with Mr. Walker and Mr. <br />Miller. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 4:45 p.m., Mayor Mercer <br />adjourned the Executive Session, to meet again in Regular Session <br />on August 2, 1988, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> WALKER, CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
