Adoption of Ordinance No. 1365, amendment to Municipal Code, Section 3.28. <br /> .010(1), Purchasing Agent Responsibilities. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1369, approval of PUD-88-6, application of <br /> Flower Realty, Inc., and Prudential Insurance Company of America for <br /> Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br /> single-story retail commercial structure and related improvements to be <br />.... located on an approximately 20,000 sq. ft. site located at the northeast <br /> corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Owens Drive. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1370, establishing regulations for dedication of <br /> land, payment of fees, or both for park and recreation land in subdivi- <br /> sions. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1367, approval of RZ-88-5, application of the <br /> City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately ten acre site located at <br /> 5137 Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential District, not to exceed 3.8 units per acre. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1368, approval of PUD-88-1, application of <br /> Public Storage, Inc., for development plan approval to construct a three- <br /> building warehouse complex to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site <br /> located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Stanley Boulevard <br /> and Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-300, authorizing the City Manager to execute <br /> an agreement between the City and Caltrans for the construction of por- <br /> tions of the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 interchange; directing the City Attor- <br /> ney to review and approve the form of agreement prior to City execution; <br /> and authorizing the expenditure of up to $300,000.00 from the North <br /> Pleasanton Improvement District No. 3 project (A.D. 1986-9) to cover the <br /> costs of the agreement. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-301, approval of amendment to Livermore- <br /> Amador Valley Transit Authority Joint Powers Agreement to modify insurance <br /> requirements as set forth in Staff Report 88:308. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 88-302, approval of agreement between the City <br /> and County of Alameda for police information network; and authorizing ex- <br /> ecution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> j.
