They are concerned about the loss of view and <br />appropriateness of an 8 ft. soundwall at the end of Olive and <br />Marigold Courts, and about the design of the wall along Foothill <br />Road. She stated this is a view issue and these residents were <br />not public noticed because they are not on Foothill Road. She <br />advised she appeared before Council on June 7, 1988, and asked if <br />there would be a review of the soundwall; she was told there would <br />be a further hearing.
