CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Tarver, that the following items listed on the <br /> Consent Calendar, as amended, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 3-21-89, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim May 7-13, 1989 as Victims of Pornography Week. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1407, approving PUD-89-4, the <br /> application of Dixie Kamp and Donna McMillion for development <br /> plan approval to construct a single-family residence to be <br /> located on an approximately one acre site where there is an <br /> existing single-family residence located at 3775 Trenery <br /> Drive. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-147, of the Council's intent to <br /> adopt a resolution of necessity to acquire certain property <br /> owned by Harold Kolb and establishing May 2, 1989 as the date <br /> to hear protests on the Resolution of Necessity. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-148, authorizing settlement of <br /> Glasqow v. City of Pleasanton, in the amount of $55,000.00, <br /> for personal injuries sustained by Gary M. Glasgow in an <br /> automobile accident that occurred on May 6, 1987 on Santa <br /> Rita Road. <br /> <br />f. Move to item 13b on the agenda - Settlement in Amador Valley <br /> Savings and Loan v. City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-149, approving the annual <br /> investment policies and guidelines as outlined in Section <br /> 53600 of the Government Code and required by AB 1073, Chapter <br /> 1226, 1984 Statutes, as set forth in Staff Report 89:147. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-150, ordering the annexation of <br /> Annexation No. 120, consisting of two parcels located on the <br /> north side of Vineyard Avenue east of E1 Capital Way; one <br /> parcel is owned by Michael Harris (6.4 acres) and the other <br /> parcel by George Ward (0.3 acres). <br /> <br />i. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-151, ordering the annexation of <br /> Annexation No. 126, a one acre parcel owned by Dixie Kamp, <br /> which is located on the south side of Trenery Drive at the <br /> west end, as shown on Exhibit A of Staff Report 89:149. <br /> <br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-152, approving the plans and <br /> specifications for the Santa Rita Road right-turn lane at <br /> West Las Positas Boulevard, Project No. 885088; and <br /> authorizing staff to call for bids for this project. <br /> <br />k.
