Ms. Linda Cassens stated the car wash is a nuisance, and was <br /> not in the original plan. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gregg Wilkinson stated that no motorized home over 18 <br /> feet long is allowed in the complex. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and <br /> seconded by Mayor Mercer, that because RV parking on the site was <br /> eliminated from the original PUD, to permit it now would be <br /> contrary to a policy adopted for the benefit of the public; <br /> therefore Resolution No. 89-119, revoking the minor modification <br /> to PUD-83-9, Gatewood Apartments, 3992 Stoneridge Drive, which <br /> created 10 parking spaces in which recreational vehicles and boats <br /> owned by tenants could be stored, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Mohr <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the <br /> information of the Council. <br /> <br /> CLOSED SESSION <br /> There was no Closed Session held at this meeting. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 2:45 a.m., it was moved by <br /> Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Tarver, that the <br /> meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on March 21, <br /> 1989, 7:30 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />/ES R.
