Adoption of Resolution No. 89-105, establishing stop sign requirements on Camino Segura at Via de los Cerros, making this intersection a two-way stop intersection. o. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-106, accepting the Marketing Plan and Budget for Ridge View Commons from Eden Housing, Inc., for a sum not to exceed $100,000; and authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a Marketing Plan Agreement with Eden Housing, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney. p. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-107, approving the establishment of a Deputy City Clerk position and amending the 1988-89 Operating budget as follows: (1) eliminate the vacant Secretary to the Assistant City Manager position; (2) add the new middle management position of Deputy City Clerk with a salary range of $2888-3755 per month; and (3) add approximately $15,000 to purchase furnishings and equipment for the Deputy City Clerk office and $5,200 for the difference in salary between the Secretary position and the Deputy City Clerk position for the remainder of the year. q. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-108, approving a minor reorganization in the Finance Department as follows: (1) replace the vacant secretary position with an Account Clerk II position; (2) increase the part-time Meter Reader/Utility Clerk position to full-time; (3) reclassify the current Senior Utility Clerk position to Utility Billing Supervisor with a month salary range of $2186-2656; and (4) increase the 1988-89 Operating Budget by approximately $2,000 to cover the additional costs related to these changes.
