MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 7, 1989 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, -- Tarver, and Mayor Mercer were present. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. Roush, City Attorney, Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development, Mr. Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Bocian, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Eastman, Police Chief, and Mr. Van Gelder, Traffic Engineer, were present. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mr. Walker advised that the following two items have been removed from the agenda: 4i - Approval of Plans and Specification for Foothill Road Booster Pump Station No. 1 12b- Architectural Review Board Mr. Walker requested that an item that came up after the agenda was posted be added as item 4u - Authorizing an amendment to the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 Bid Documents to include an incentive clause. It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 89-95, adding to the agenda as item 4u - Authorizing an Amendment to the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 Bid Documents to include an incentive clause, which -- arose after the printing of the agenda, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None Mayor Mercer requested that item 13a - Resolution Recommending the Pleasanton Community Development Agency enter into Agreements with Certain Taxing Agencies, be moved on the agenda to follow item 10b, to be discussed with other redevelop- ment items.
