Adoption of Resolution No. 89-72, approving the Grant of <br /> Access Easement to the Alameda County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District for vehicular access from Lin Gate <br /> Street to the Arroyo Mocho Canal; and authorizing the Mayor <br /> to execute the Grant of Access Easement. <br /> <br />1.
