Adoption of Resolution No. 89-17, approving Claims for the <br /> month of November 1988, in the amount of $8,442,623.17. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-18, approving the renewal of a <br /> lease agreement with the Children's Theatre Workshop to lease <br /> City-owned property at 519 Kottinger Drive, for a five year <br /> period extending through November 30, 1993; and authorizing <br /> execution of the agreement by the appropriate city <br /> officials. <br /> <br />g.
