Adoption of Resolution No. 89-06, accepting public <br /> improvements for resurfacing of various City streets, Project <br /> No. 885019; authorizing the filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion; and authorizing payment of the 10% retention to <br /> the contractor, Oliver de Silva, Inc., of Hayward, thirty <br /> days after the filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-07, accepting public <br /> improvements for sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and street <br /> improvements for St. Mary Street, CIP No. 875177; authorizing <br /> the filing of the Notice of Completion; and authorizing <br /> payment of the 10% retention to the contractor, Gallagher and <br /> Burke, Inc., of Oakland, thirty days after the filing of the <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> 1.
