He stated he concurs with the <br /> staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the <br /> application. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the <br /> public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 89-227 be adopted, <br />approving PUD-81-30-45D, the application of Sammis Company and <br />Wells Fargo Bank for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 4,000 sq. ft. branch bank facility to be located on <br />an approximately 13.1 acre site located at the southeast corner of <br />the intersection of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, subject to <br />conditions set forth in Staff Report 89:214. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> item 6f <br />Review of Growth Manaqement Report and Establishment of Housing <br />Tarqets for 1990 <br />~Contd. from 4-18-89) <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 89:226) dated May 16, <br /> 1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the item. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Charlotte Severin, representing Mike Faver and the <br />Pleasanton Heights and Pleasanton Regional Homeowners <br />Associations, stated they are very concerned about the units <br />already approved that will be built in the 1990 time frame and the <br />need to look at the impact of that construction on the <br />infrastructure and schools. She stated that at the last hearing <br />regarding this matter, when it was decided to wait until after the <br />completion of the Growth Management Report, Councilmember Brandes <br />directed that Pleasanton Heights and Pleasanton Regional <br />Homeowners Associations receive notification of this meeting; she <br />did not receive notice nor did anyone else she spoke with. She <br />asked that this matter be contined to allow the Homeowners <br />Associations to meet and review the Report so their concerns can <br />be addressed. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated he distinctly remembers <br />directing that all homeowners groups be notified.
